We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, weight, material, colour, photographs, availability, and pricing accurately. Jewellery is photographed under different lighting conditions and displayed on different screens; therefore, colour and appearance may vary slightly from the physical product.

Handcrafted, natural-stone, bead, devotional, antique-finish, and made-to-order products may have minor variations. Product weight and measurements may also vary within any tolerance mentioned on the product page. These natural or production-related variations are not necessarily defects.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated during checkout. Shipping, insurance, customs duties, payment charges, or other applicable fees will be shown before payment wherever possible. If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customised, engraved, resized, made-to-order, back-order, or specially sourced products may require additional processing time. Once production or customization has started, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-location serviceability, customs clearance, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.

Please inspect the package at delivery. Do not accept a visibly tampered or severely damaged parcel.
