At Srimathi Jewellers, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process.
Order Processing
Once we accept your order, we will process and dispatch the product within the estimated timeframe. After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with shipment details.
Sometimes, if multiple products are ordered, they may arrive in separate packages, but no additional shipping charges will be applied.
Delivery Time
Within India: Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days for ready products.
Custom or made-to-order jewellery: May take up to 30–40 days, depending on the product design.
International orders: Estimated delivery time is 25–35 days depending on location and customs clearance.
Promotions or special offers may have different delivery timelines, which will be mentioned in their specific terms.
Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping across India. All deliveries are fully insured until they reach the customer.
International shipping may also be available upon request.
Secure Packaging
Every jewellery package from Srimathi Jewellers will be:
Carefully packed in tamper-proof packaging
Delivered in a secure jewellery box
Provided with relevant certificates and invoice
This ensures that your jewellery reaches you in safe and durable condition.
Identity Verification at Delivery
For security reasons, the recipient may be required to show a valid government-issued identity proof at the time of delivery.
Accepted ID proofs include:
Aadhaar Card
PAN Card
Passport
Driving License
Voter ID
Ration Card
The courier agent may verify the identity before handing over the package.
Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
The courier company will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the product will be returned to Srimathi Jewellers.
Additional charges for re-shipment or handling may apply in such cases.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order.
Shipping address can be changed only before the order is shipped.
If the order is already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for redirection.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders to insecure addresses, such as PO Boxes or communal postal addresses.
Damaged or Tampered Package
Customers are requested to inspect the package before accepting delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support immediately.
Shipping Charges
Shipping within India: Free of cost.
International shipping: Customers must bear shipping charges, customs duties, and any applicable taxes in their country.
Order Cancellation for International Shipments
Once international orders are shipped, they cannot be cancelled or returned.
Courier Responsibility
Delivery timelines and service are subject to the terms and conditions of the courier service provider.
